Hello & Welcome!

About me...

I am a US military veteran and recently retired after a 30 year career in law enforcement. I have been involved in woodworking for over 35 years in one form or another.

I specialize in unique and custom gifts that will last a lifetime.  Almost all my items are one of a kind with no two items alike. Please check out my site and thank you for visiting Blue Line Woodworking!        ~ Tim

 Cutting and Charcuterie Board
             Finish and Care

All my boards are sanded up to 320 grit.  They then receive a liberal amount of food safe mineral oil which is allowed to soak deep into the grain of the board.

Please follow the below care instructions.  With proper care, your board will last decades.

Do NOT wash in the dishwasher.

Do NOT soak or leave board submerged in water.

Do NOT use bleach.

Do NOT lay flat on the countertop to dry.

Wash with soap and warm water then rinse thoroughly.

Allow to air dry on its side.  I personally leave ours leaning in the sink to dry.

Your board's oils will dry out from regular use and washing.  Occasionally wipe some food safe mineral oil to replenish the board.

For additional protection and a smoother feel, you can rub in some board butter.

I make and have available a bees wax and mineral oil conditioner for your purchase.
